Yuen Kay Shan Yiu Ku (Important Formula)
Yuen Kay Shan was the first to write down and organize the Wing Chun Kuen systems Kuen Kuit, concepts, principles, and training methods. In the Yiu Ku (Important Formula), and the similar Faat Mun (methodologies), tactical advice is given, using sets of four character rhyming couplets.
