Fook Fu
Fook Fu or Controling the Tiger usually refers to the 12th and final San Sik in Leung Jan's Kulo Village system. Fung Chun describes it as "one of the most deadly of methods" - and is usually performed with a Double Gan Sau type structure with Phoenix Eye strikes.
The Concept of Fook is exibited in this set as its used to supress force and counter strike with a deadly Life taking double blow that is hard to stop.
